I left my first post up from September of 2024 as a time stamp as to where this all began. In that moment, AI was still all about chat bots and the emphasis was on how to write a good prompt. Today, Agentic AI is a thing. AI is moving from being a disruptive technology to becoming democratized and it is having a real impact on how things are being done in our world.
This site started as an interaction with a chat bot and deploying a ‘simple’ blog site on GitHub. Since I am all about leveraging code and AI, using a GitHub repo, VSCode, and markdown language to create a site seemed to make sense. It also was in alignment with my goals for this blog.
Now, almost a year later, I have leveraged GitHub Copilot in ‘agent mode’ and its agentic AI features to completely revise the site. Overall, it was an awesome experience. Assigning tasks to be completed autonomously is mind-blowing. Agentic AI is much better now than when I was first introduced at MS Build a short time ago.
Simultaneously vibe-coding with a few different bots and having a ‘conversation’ is a rush, While my agent is silently working away in the background getting stuff done.
Don’t get me wrong, it can still be frustrating at times. I would request the agent to make color changes to text and entire layouts would come unglued. And vibe-coding is about finding a flow and understanding how to ‘prompt’ (remember) in a manner to achieve the desired outcomes.
So here it is, my AI generated blog site for future musings.
With this blog, I will attempt to bring to light how a person can leverage new cloud technologies as they become available, specifically Azure. And with the integration of AI to interact and use these technologies to effect change in the marketplace.
Upcoming, I have articles about:
I invite you to participate in this journey with me into the ever-changing future of tech.
Stay tuned…
